Blackstar HT5 Power Transformer, MCPTS01162

There is a service bulletin in regards to:

Issue: Amp loses power or has no output

Resistor R38 and or 39 burned

Before replacing the transformer for an output problem, have it diagnosed by an authorized Blackstar Service center
